IT Administrator / Support Technician

Responsibilities Include
Administer client networks, servers and workstations
General PC and server installation and repair
Handle inbound support calls and trouble tickets
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Document and track incident histories, issues and actionable steps taken
Coordinate warranty service with manufacturers
Work on assigned projects/tasks as assigned by management

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in an IT field
Network administration and security, including Active Directory
Windows server and desktop operating systems
Microsoft Office suite
Virtual Private Networking
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving capability
Self-motivated and customer-centric

Additional Skills
Microsoft SQL Server Administration
TCP/IP Networking
Written and verbal communications
Comfortable with various browser configurations and troubleshooting Internet related issues
Any industry based certifications preferred (A+, Network+, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.)

Associates degree or equivalent experience
Successful criminal background check
Successful drug screening
Driver's license & transportation

This is a part-time to full-time opportunity
Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's experience.
